Mashed potatoes and steamed spinach
a littleParsley for garnish
0.5Celeriac
1tbspWheat flour
1Cinnamon stick
1kgLean beef in 4 x 4 cm sized cubes
2canPeeled tomatoes
2Laur leaves
20gDried mushrooms
2-3tbspOlive oil
3stemsPale celery, everything into smaller pieces
3Carrots
3twigsRosemary
4Upillede garlic clove
5dlRed wine

Instructions for Simmer pot

To prepare the Simmer pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Step onions, carrots, celery, garlic, rosemary and dried mushrooms and cinnamon sticks for 5 minutes. In a large pot of olive oil. Turn the meat into flour and brown it several times in a pan with oil. Bring it to the pan and add the laurel leaves, peeled tomatoes and red wine. Put on the lid and leave it small for about 3 hours.
Sprinkle with parsley at serving.
Server with mashed potatoes and steamed spinach.
