To prepare the Simple potato soup from Austria recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes cut into slices in order to decrease the cooking time (they should still be stirred into the soup). Onion chopped into fine cubes. Put to boil the potatoes so they just covered with water and onions, garlic and broth cube is added. When the potatoes are cooked through, pour the liquid in a bowl (the liquid is stored).
