Instructions for Skaldyrsgumbo

To prepare the Skaldyrsgumbo recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pot. Season finely chopped onions, peppers, celery and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes cut into tern, tomato sauce, broth, lemon juice, bay leaves, thyme, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, white pepper and paprika. Bring it to boil and let it boil 5 minutes.

Add okra and bring to a boil again. Turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add seafood. Cooked for 5-8 minutes. If oysters are used, they must be cut and added for the last 2-3 minutes.

Served with cooked rice.
