2tbspFish mustard
40gWheat flour
40gButter
5dlWhole milk
6Eggs

Instructions for Skidenæg

To prepare the Skidenæg recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the eggs for smiling eggs (6-7 min). Calculate 1 -2 eggs per. person.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, flush the flour and cook with the boiling milk. Add salt, pepper + half of the mustard and let the sauce boil through. Taste with more mustard.

Put the eggs in a hot dish and pour the sauce over. Sprinkle with chives or parsley.

Server with rye bread and butter. Can also be served with flakes.
