Ingredients for Skinkzchnitzler with spinach sauce

½Fresh red chilli
½tspNutmeg

2tspOil or 1 tablespoon butter
2dlRice, fx mix with wild rice
2Ham schnitzler of the inner thighs, 1 cm thick, a ca. 125 g
200gSmall spinach leaves
250gMushroom

Instructions for Skinkzchnitzler with spinach sauce

To prepare the Skinkzchnitzler with spinach sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the rice.

Remove middle walls and seeds from the chili and chop it well. Chop the loaf roughly and cut mushrooms in quarters. Rinse spinach.

The meat
Dip the meat dry with kitchen roll. Heat the oil in a large pan with high heat. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Immediately brown the meat on both sides. Turn to medium heat and step 1½ to 2 minutes on each side. Keep the meat warm on a plate, for example with a stanniol over.

spinach Sauce
Put chili, onions and mushrooms on the forehead for approx. 2 minutes at good warmth. Add well-ground nutmeg and cream. Let the sauce boil on even heat and stirring for approx. 2 minutes.

Add spinach and possibly. Cloud from the meat. Turn it quickly into the sauce until the spinach is hot. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve it immediately.

tips:
Instead of cream 13, whipping cream can be used, but then the fat content will be a bit higher.
