Instructions for Skinkzchnitzler with white cheese cheese

To prepare the Skinkzchnitzler with white cheese cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the hamburgers with the flat side of a meat hammer or a baking roll. The meat pieces should be approx. 1 cm thick and 25 cm long. Distribute sage, parsley and cheese pieces on half of each ham. Sprinkle with pepper. Fold the hamburgers together and twist them with cotton yarn so that the filling can not run out.

Let the butter become golden in a sauté and brown pieces of meat on all sides (about 2 minutes in total). Pour the broth and then cook the meat at low heat and under low for approx. 6 min. - turn occasionally. Take the stuffed hamburgers and sprinkle them with salt. Leave the meat covered for approx. 10 min.

sauce:
Pour the pie through a sieve into a small pan and add cream and pepper. Bring the mixture to the boil, take the saucepan of the heat and stir the sauce jaws while stirring. Put the pot back on the heat and cook the sauce, still stirring, for approx. 1 min. Add parsley and taste to.

When serving:
Remove the cotton yarn and put the meat in a warm dish. Server broccoli, potatoes and sauce in bowls next door.
