Instructions for Smoked dog with cream

To prepare the Smoked dog with cream recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chives, biscuits and dill are rinsed and chopped very nicely.

Eggs and French mustard are whipped together.

The butter is melted on the forehead, after which the egg mass is poured and stiffened by low heat while stirring continuously.

The cream is stirred while heating up to just below the boiling point. Then add the chopped herbs and lemon juice, salt and pepper.

The salad is cut roughly and placed at the bottom of a plate. The tomatoes are cut into slices and aligned on the side of the salad. Thread the thin slices of smoked animal beer on the opposite side.

The egg cream is served next to, lukewarm or cold, ale to taste. Server possibly. Hot walnut bread.
