Push the outermost layer of lemon grass and cut the stems into 3 cm long slanting.

Heat the butter in a thickened pot and sauté onions, garlic, ginger and lemongrass for approx. 5 minutes, do not brown, turn the rice in so that they turn white and add the wine.
