1Small squash cut into slices
2tbspFinely chopped celeriac
4dlWhipped cream
8Fresh spinach leaves (frozen spinach can also be used)
8Thinly sliced smoked salmon

Sauté finely chopped celery and carrot in a little olive oil. Add the cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
