1tspWhite wine vinegar
1/2Squash
10gTrout ROE
3tspOlive oil
30gBread
30gGreek yogurt
5tspBalsamic vinegar
60gSmoked salmon sliced

To prepare the Smoked salmon on marinated squash recipe, please follow these instructions:

Olive oil, white wine vinegar, Basil and garlic blend and season with salt and pepper. Cut the zucchini into thin slices, put them in a bowl and pour the marinade over. Mix with roughly chopped dill. Cook balsamic vinegar forcefully, to the beginning to get thick.

Serving: Serve the squash slices in the center of a plate and place the salmon as a rose on. Baste around with alternating Balsamic and Greek yogurt. Drag a toothpick through to form a pattern. Garnish with trout ROE and dill.
