Instructions for Smoked Salmon Roast

To prepare the Smoked Salmon Roast recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lay the salmon slices on a piece of wita wrap. They must be in two rows so the discs will overlap.

Pour all the spinach and mix with the cheese, season with salt and pepper. Grease the mixture on the salmon slices and roll into a roulade. Close the wrap well and put the roulade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Cream fraiche stir with lemon and garlic or dill, season with salt and pepper.

When serving, the salad roast is cut into suitable slices and served with bread and dressing.
