1tspLemon juice
1bundleMinced parsley
1tbspVery finely chopped onion
1bagNut flakes
1smallRed bell pepper into fine dice
2tspChinese soy sauce
2pcsSmoked trout or 1 hot smoked approximately 375 g
4tspDry sherry (optional)
50gCream cheese-naturel

Instructions for Smoked Trout Pate

To prepare the Smoked Trout Pate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the cheese softly with sherry, soy and lemon juice. Pil it smoked fish meat free of bones and skins and mash it with a fork. Mix it with the cheese, the pepper and the chopped onion. Lay the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and form it into an elongated bread. Open the paper and sprinkle with nuts and chopped parsley and roll the "bread" to cover the entire surface. Push firmly with the paper and close it at both ends. Place the roll in the refrigerator for a day.

Cut into slices and arrange for salt with lemon, cherry tomatoes and fluffy flutes.
