To prepare the Smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour all berries in a dazzle, add the vanilla sugar and the thickened milk. Dazzle until everything is liquid and then put it in a cup / jug.

tips:
Add possibly more or lesser skimmed milk depending on how thick you want it. The beans may be frozen.
