To prepare the Soft ice-rhubarb recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the rhubarb in a food processor and mix it with sugar and vanilla. Boil the water and pour it over. Wait until the mixture is completely cold, say it then taste with lemon juice. Divide the ice into smaller pieces and add cream. Whip the ice in a food processor and server the rhubarb mixture with a spoonful of ice cream upstairs.
