Instructions for Soft sausage horn

To prepare the Soft sausage horn recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the milk in the microwave or in the pan until it is lukewarm. Then pour the milk into the bowl followed by 50 g. Yeast. When the yeast is dissolved, take the remaining ingredients apart from the flour and stir. (The margarine may be melted, but DO NOT be hotter than lukewarm when it comes in) Then partially pour the flour while stirring. When all the flour is in, pour the dough out onto the table with a little flour underneath so the dough is not jammed.
When the dough is kneaded well (like for several minutes), put the dough back into the bowl, take a dish and put the bowl in a warm place. Eg. Outside the bathroom if you have underfloor heating, or under the bed. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

After the dough has risen, take it out on the table and knead the dough for 2 seconds. (After the dough has risen 1. Once you have to knead it more than necessary) Cut the dough over and roll one part into a round shape, thickness of your choice. Then cut the dough like a pizza of 8 pieces. Take the 8 sausages and cut them over to a total of 16 sausages. Roll the sausages into the dough by laying them on the wide side of the dough and roll it into the middle. Then lay the sausage horns on 2 baking sheets with baking paper, cover them with tea towels. Leave them back in a tight spot and let them rise for 45-60 minutes.

After they have lifted, take the baking sheets on the table and brush them with an egg. Then bring a single baking sheet into a preheated oven of 180 g. Heat air. Bake them for 10 - 12 minutes until they are golden. Do the same with the next serving.

tips:
The dough is also super good for muffins! Same ingredients and almost the same method, but without sausages. ;)
