To prepare the Somali Ananaskas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the butter and sugar together. Then add egg, flour, baking soda and vanilla and stir again.

Pour the pineapple juice from the cans into a saucepan with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Let it boil until it becomes caramel-colored.

Put pineapple rings at the bottom of a greased baking sheet (no room for everyone). Pour the caramelized pineapple juice over and over with the dough.
