To prepare the Sour-sweet noodles and vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

The noodles boil for 3 min in a large pot, and then by dripping in a strainer. The maize is cut into beveled washers. Heat the oil in a wok, add red and green bell pepper, celery, carrot and champignonger. FRY for 5 min. Add the corn and noodles. Cook for another few minutes. Cornflour and vinegar stirred together in a small bowl, and add chili, tomato puree, broth cubes, oil and pineapple cubes. Stir. Pineapple mixture poured over the vegetables, and fried 2-3 min, to the sauce thickens. Finally add the chopped spring onions. Serve immediately.
