To prepare the Souvilaki with pasta salad and small grilled bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the meat in a marinade consisting of olive oil, white wine vinegar, rosemary and garlic. Let the meat pull for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir the yeast into lukewarm water. Add the other ingredients and knead the dough well. Leave the dough rested for 45 minutes. Form four flat bowls and let them rest for approx. 30 minutes. Cook the paste as directed on the package and rinse it well in cold water. Mix the pasta with rucola salad, cucumber and spring onions. Stir crumbled feta cheese, yogurt and crushed garlic together for a dressing and taste it with salt and pepper. Brush the loaves with oil, set the grill grate so the distance to the glow is approx. 10 cm and grill the bread for 4-5 minutes on each side (keep them warm while the meat is cooked). Place the meat on 4 wooden spoons, set the grill grate so that the distance to the glow is approx. 5 cm and grill the meat approx. 3 minutes on all four sides (about 12 minutes in total). Bring some of the dressing over the salad just before serving and serve the rest to the spears along with the warm bread.
