Ingredients for Souvlaki

Extra virgin olive oil to splashing
Freshly ground black pepper
Oil for brushing

Salt

1bundleSpring onions
1Coconut salad
1Onion minced
2tbspChopped fresh mint
2tspGround cumin
3tbspChopped fresh dill
4Tomatoes cut into both
6tbspChopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
6Pita bread or Arabic bread

Instructions for Souvlaki

To prepare the Souvlaki recipe, please follow these instructions:

If you use wooden or bamboo skewer, added 12 to soak in cold water for at least ½ hour.

Com minced lamb, onions, parsley, mint and cumin seeds in a large bowl. Add plenty of salt and pepper and mix well with your hands forcemeat.

Share forcemeat into 12 equal portions and roll them to ca. 12 cm. long sausages. Form each father's hot dog around a skewer and press it into shape so that it is about 15 cm. long. Put spiddene on a platter and style it in the fridge for ½ hour, then forcemeat becomes firmer.

Spiddene brush with a little oil, brush the grate with oil and grill roast spiddene directly over high heat in 6-8 minutes, the meat is done. Turn the spiddene once during frying.

Prepare the salad while.
Tear lettuce leaves finely and add to a large bowl. Chop the spring onions finely and pour them into the salad. Add the dill and tomato boats and splash with extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper on the salad and toss well.

Hot loaves in 1-2 minutes on the grill. If you use pita bread cut up at the top and fill with salad before impaled placed on top.

Serve with lemon for both.
