The potatoes are boiled. Soy4you poured into a bowl of broth and draws 5 minutes after which it is drained so that all the liquid draws. Mix with onions, eggs, whites, oatmeal, flour and salt and pepper and let it stand and pull a little. Butter / oil is heated on the forehead and the fry panes rose golden and delicious. The butter is melted in a saucepan, the flour is added with stirring and broth / milk / cream is added continuously under gentle warming and stirring.
