Instructions for Spaghetti Aglio Olio

To prepare the Spaghetti Aglio Olio recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil 5 l of water in a large pot of 2 tablespoons of salt, pour the spaghetti and cook in a pan until it is al dente (taste it!)

Peel the garlic and cut into fine slices. Heat the olive oil slowly in a large pan. Stir the garlic gently in the hot oil. They must not brown.

Pour the spaghetti into a sieve and drain it. Pour it over to the garlic on the forehead and turn it well into the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
