Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognaise 02

1Beef broth
1Large finely chopped onion
1canTomato puree
1-2dlRed wine
2canDiced tomatoes without spice
2-3Finely chopped garlic
2-3tbspDried Basil
2-3tbspDried thyme
3-4Dried crushed chili peppers (or as needed)
500gHK. beef (10-12%)

Instructions for Spaghetti Bolognaise 02

To prepare the Spaghetti Bolognaise 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil until it becomes Golden.
2. Add the meat and stir it so it will be completely distributed, and not located in small clumps. FRY it until it is not red anymore.
3. Add the dried spices, finely chopped garlic, tomato, tomato paste and chili.
4. Add the beef broth and pour the red wine 1-1 ½ in.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
