Instructions for Spaghetti Bolognese III

To prepare the Spaghetti Bolognese III recipe, please follow these instructions:

BEFORE YOU START: Notice the long cooking time: 2-2½ hours.

Cut onion, bacon, celery and carrots very nicely into the tern and mix it all with the meat in a large saucepan. Put the mixture in oil into the pan until the meat turns brown. Then add the wine and let it boil. Notice the smell.
Then add 2 ds peeled tomatoes, bay leaf, garlic, oregano and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
Shrink the heat and cook on the lowest plus for about 2-2½ hours.

The long cooking time may sound very strange to many of you, but it's only after 2 hours that the "miracle" occurs, so it's important that you give the meat sauce time to simmer.
NB: If the meat sauce consistency after the two hour cooking time is a bit too thick, add a little milk until the consistency is appropriate.

Cook the spaghetti after instructions on the package in a pot of plenty of water with salt and possibly. A little splash of olive oil. (Remember to put the spaghetti into the pan when the water boils!)

Tip: - Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese over the dish. - The meat sauce can also be used as a filling in lasagna or musaka.
