Ingredients for Spaghetti Pie

Oil for butter ring
½Chopped onion
½cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1cupSour cream
1cloveFinely chopped garlic
1canPeeled tomatoes
1tspSugar
1tspDried oregano
1/3cupGrated Parmesan cheese
170gSpaghetti
2tbspChopped green pepper
2tbspOil
2Beaten eggs
500gHamburgryg/ham
70gConcentrated tomato puree

Instructions for Spaghetti Pie

To prepare the Spaghetti Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil spaghetti for 10-12 minutes and pour water off. Put whipped eggs, oil and parmesan cheese. Spread the spaghetti mixture into the bottom of a pie.

Butter the Creme Fraichen beyond.

Boil hamburgryggen / ham on a frying pan, onion and green pepper until golden and the vegetables are tender. Pour off the grease.

Mix the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, oregano and garlic in. Heat it. Pour the mixture over the spaghetti bottom. Cover with stanniol and bag it at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and behind it approx. 5 minutes more (until the cheese is melted).
