Ingredients for Spaghetti Sauce

0.5tspCayenne Pepper (or 1 PCs udkernet red chilli instead)
1tbspOregano
1dlRed wine (like strong)
1tspSalt
1tspThyme or Basil
1canTomato concentrate (+ 1 dl. puree if applicable (not ketchup))
2Large onion
2tbspSugar
3cloveGarlic
500gGround beef (max. 12 g fat)

Instructions for Spaghetti Sauce

To prepare the Spaghetti Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Use half oil and half-stirring margarine. Cut the onions when the oil is broken. Let the onions become golden / soft before the meat comes in.
When the meat is browned and there is no more liquid, stir the crushed garlic and wine in until the wine is taken.
Then stir tomato concentrate and pure i.
The chopped tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients are stirred in.
Turn down the heat so the sauce just simmer and simmer for 1 hour.
Look and occasionally so that the sauce does not burn.
