A good handful of parmesan
Spaghetti (about 400-600 grams)
0.25tspCayenne pepper
0.25tspDried chilli flakes
0.5dlOlive oil
0.5tspDried thyme
1tspDried Basil
1tspDried oregano
1000gGround beef (16-18%)
2canChopped tomatoes (preferably with Basil)
2.5dlWhipped cream
5cloveGarlic
6Medium-sized onion
70gConcentrated tomato puree

Instructions for Spaghetti with meat sauce 03

To prepare the Spaghetti with meat sauce 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the bulbs and cut them into coarse pieces, and do the same with garlic. Pour most of the olive oil into a large pan and add the onions and garlic together with the dried herbs, chili and cayenne pepper. Give the onions a large sprinkle of salt and pepper and cook them with low on medium heat until the onions are soft and delicious.

Bring the chopped tomato and tomato concentrate and stir it all through. Blend it together into a saucepan with a spelled blender until it's all finely chopped. Bring the cream and leave it uncovered by low heat and boiling for a long time. Just a couple of hours.

Stir the meat with salt and pepper on a pan and break it into small pieces along the way. Add it to the sauce and let it boil for a little while until it has tasted together.

Boil spaghetti in salted water. Pour the water and add the last olive oil and mix well.

Tear unhealthy amounts of parmesan over and put a stick pesto on top.

The Sovsen can be made the day before. It tastes best on the second day.
