To prepare the Spanish chili soup with garlic flute recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the turkey chicken into cubes. Arrow and chop peeled, peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Season onions, meat and potato cubes in olive oil in a saucepan. Crush the bay leaves and add whole black peppercorns. Sprinkle with salt, chilli spice, pepper and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato concentrate. Stir well in the mixture and add 7-8 dl. water. Add cream cheese, olives and strips of peppers. Add grated ginger.

Boil the soup well. Taste and serve the smoking hot with cold whipped cream in the middle and a piece of garlic flute.
