Instructions for Spanish vegetarian pizza

To prepare the Spanish vegetarian pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 210 degrees. A baking sheet is brushed with oil.

Bottom: Dough, sugar and flour are mixed in a large bowl. The water is stirred gradually. The dough is taken out on a crispy table and kneaded until it is soft and elastic. Put in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a dish. The dough raises in a warm place until it has a double size, about 15 minutes.

Fill: Spinate in a saucepan and steam at low heat for approx. 3 minutes. Pour the wheat off and let the spinach cool. Press excess wash out with your hands.
