To prepare the Spelled bread with honey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the spelled kernels in cold water overnight in a refrigerator or cook them for approx. ½ hour until they are tender. Soak yeast, salt and honey in a little lukewarm water. Add the rest of the water and milk. Stir in the other ingredients and knead well. Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Shape for flutes in the length of the baking sheet. Brush with chopped egg, scratch with a knife and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees and then for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
