450gMonkfish cut into 2 cm large pieces
450gPotatoes, cut into 2 cm large pieces
6dlVery hot fish stock

Instructions for Spiced monkfish stew

To prepare the Spiced monkfish stew recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the onion at medium heat for 5 minutes until it is golden.
