Herbs (basil, parsley, dill or a mixture of both)
Oil/butter
Pepper
Salt
1.5dlBreadcrumbs
2Red onion
3slicesBacon
300gBrussels sprouts
800gPeeled plaice

To prepare the Spicy herb plaice with red onion sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

plaice:
Rasp and herbs are blended until the grating gets a green color. Add some salt and pepper. Turn the red skewers into the rasp and fry half a butter / oil for about 2-3 minutes. on every side.

Brussels sprouts:
Start boiling the cabbage in leached salt for approx. 5-7 min. Depending on size. Cut the bacon and half a red onion in a fine tern and sauté it in a saucepan. Add the boiled sprouts and sauté for approx. 2 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Rødløgssauté:
Cut the onions in very thin strips and sauté it in a little oil on a pan. Season with salt, pepper and some herbs.

Serve the dish with small potatoes if necessary. (With peel), lemon and butter sauce.
