1tbspMinced parsley
2cloveGarlic chopped
200gFresh spinach washed dried and the cusp
30gParmesan
6tbspOlive oil
8Eggs

Instructions for Spinach omelet

To prepare the Spinach omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn the spinach for about half of the warm oil to the falls together, and leave to cool a little.

Whisk eggs, parmesan, parsley, Basil and garlic with a fork. Add the cooled spinach.

Warm the rest of the oil in a large skillet and pour the egg mixture on. Fry over medium heat until the mass is fixed.

Omeletten served without additional fill. Garnish, if desired. with a few fledgling washed spinach leaves.
