Olive oil
Pepper
Salt

1trayCherry tomatoes
1pkgFresh whole spinach leaves
1psShredded mozzarella
1Red onion

To prepare the Spinach salad with pine nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:

The spinach is rinsed very thoroughly and torn in large pieces and placed in a salad bowl. The bacon slices are cut into pieces of approx. 1 cm. Bread and roast crispy. Pour the pine nuts into a dry pan until golden (it highlights the taste). Chop red and finely chop tomatoes in both. It all comes in the salad bowl with the cheese. Make an oil vinegar with lots of basil (or other) and pour over the salad mix. Mix the salad so that the dressing is spread well. Finally sprinkle the fried bacon, fried cheese and pine nuts over the salad.
