Olive oil
½dlBasil leaves cut into strips
1 1/4dlPlaned Parmesan cheese
12slicesProsciutto (Italian smoked ham) or parma ham
2tbspLemon juice
2tspDark brown sugar
200gFresh blanched/crisp cooked green asparagus
200gSmall fresh spinach leaves
6Bottle-or herb tomatoes

To prepare the Spinach salad with prosciutto and tomato recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the ham and tomatoes with the chopped side up on a baking sheet (like baking paper), sprinkle olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Bake this in a 180 degree hot oven for 25 minutes, or until the ham is crisp and the tomatoes tender. Put spinach and asparagus on serving plates. Put tomatoes and ham and benefit the parmesan.
