1000g500 g. or whole fresh frozen spinach
2dlSemi-skimmed milk

Instructions for Spinatstuvning

To prepare the Spinatstuvning recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the frozen spinach or use the fresh, rinsed spinach, where the roughest stems are removed. Put the spinach in a pan and steam the liquid away.

Stir milk and wheat flour for a smoothing. Pour the jelly over the spinach and let the stew boil for a few minutes.

Season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
