Tyktskåret coarse rye bread

0.75dlSugar
1Small bdt. dill
1Small squash into small cubes
1Leek in rings
1bundleRadishes into cubes or slices
2dlVinegar
2Fixed tomatoes into cubes
2Carrots into small cubes
2Chopped onion (red onion or alm.)
200gMarinated herring

Instructions for Spring herring

To prepare the Spring herring recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil brine up and cook carrots and Leek in bed sheet in 2 min. Keel fitted sheet and add the other vegetables. Cut herrings in 3-4 cm long pieces and place them in a serving bowl or platter. Pour the vegetables and a bit of sheeting of herrings, and let infuse for about half an hour. Clip cfire coarsely and sprinkle it over the warm before serving.
