Instructions for Spring lamb 02

To prepare the Spring lamb 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

Place the lamb shake in a frying pan. Spice with salt and pepper and sprinkle the back in 50 grams of butter. Step for half an hour and reduce the temperature. To 180 degrees C for 40 minutes, drain occasionally. Meanwhile, the top and tail of the beans are cut.
