Instructions for Sprouted salad with bite in

To prepare the Sprouted salad with bite in recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start rinsing the apple and butter it into honey. Then put it in a deep dish / bowl.
Then you can start the salad if you have chosen to use rocula (which is a slightly strong salad similar to dandelion leaves), so do not cut into strips, but put it in salt water for 10-15 minutes.
