2Squash (about 1 kg) coarsely grated

Instructions for Squash lasagna

To prepare the Squash lasagna recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oven turns on to 175 degrees. The oil is heated in a pan. Squash, onion and garlic spoon on a pan for 10-15 minutes. Tomato puree stir together with fresh cheese, finely chopped herbs and salt and freshly ground pepper. A refractory dish is lubricated with oil. The bottom is covered by lasagna plates. On top of the lasagna plates put a layer of squash, then a layer of tomato paste and then a layer of lasagne plates, alternating alternately with squash, tomato and lasgane and finishing with a layer of tomato paste. The dish is put in the oven and after approx. 30-35 minutes, the lasagna will be ready to be served with flute and a bowl of green salad.
