0.5tspBumped cloves
1dlCognac or dry sherry
1tspCinnamon
1tspNutmeg
2.5dlMilk
2.5dlRaw sugar
3tspAgar-agar
5dlBoiled squashmos
5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for Squash-mousse

To prepare the Squash-mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil agar-agar in milk, stir it with sugar, brandy and spices and add squash bog. Mix everything well.

Whip the cream to rigid foam and fold it gently in squash mixture. Pour the mousse into a lightly buttered mold or serving glasses.

Please note that agar-agar quickly stiffens when it cooled, and we therefore need to work a little quick.
