Ingredients for Squash noodle

Freshly ground white pepper
Coarse salt
1tbspFinely chopped parsley
2Spring onions, chopped
2Tomatoes, freed from the skins and seeds, and cut into rough cubes
200gMussel pasta (conch)
4tbspLow-fat salatmayonaise mixed with 2 tablespoons of tomato juice
4Squash, cut into thin slices
8Black olives u/stone

Instructions for Squash noodle

To prepare the Squash noodle recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the paste as directed on the package and rinse them briefly under running water. Mix the semi-lunchtime pasta together with the tomato mayonnaise. In the meanwhile, squash is cooked approx. 8 min in low salt water. Drip and cool. Mix tomatoes, squash olives, spring onion and parsley with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper and serve cold.
