1Large onion chopped
100gBacon, diced
250gPeeled grated potatoes
300-500gSquash
3-5Tomatoes in slices
4-6Eggs

Instructions for Squash-omelette with potatoes

To prepare the Squash-omelette with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Grill the bacon to the Pan and bring it up.
Saute the onion and squash in the pan for a few minutes.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a bowl and mix the other parts except tomatoes and bacon in it.
Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish, which is sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Then added the bacon and tomato slices on top.
Bake in the oven, approximately 180 degrees for about ½ hour.
