0.75dlGranola (whole grain bread crumbs)
0.75dlWheat flour
1.5lSquash in 1 cm. thick strips
2Beaten egg diluted with ¾ dl. milk

Instructions for Squash tempura

To prepare the Squash tempura recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn the squash strips in flour, salt and pepper. Dip them in the egg mixture and turn them into breadcrumbs. Put the strips on a piece of parchment paper and put them in the refrigerator.

Just before they are to be eaten, FRY in hot oil until they are light brown. Let the squash strips lie a moment on absorbent paper and serve them quickly.
