Ingredients for Squash with fresh herbs

Sea salt
¼tspPaprika
½bundleBasil
½Green bell pepper
½bundleMinced parsley
1dlBroth/grøntsagsafkog or water
1tbspOlive oil or butter
1Squash (approx. 20 cm) or 3-4 small
10leavesChopped lovage
dlWhipped cream
2-4tspCorn flour to jævning or knotweed arrowroot) millet or rice flour
4tbspPumpkin seeds
4largeSprigs lovage (approx. 3 tbls. minced)
4Medium-sized tomatoes

Instructions for Squash with fresh herbs

To prepare the Squash with fresh herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Washing squashen. Share it in 4 parts lengthwise. Cut it into approximately ½ cm thick pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Remove kernels from half the bell pepper and cut this into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan. Com squashen herein. Stir. Let småsnurre a few minutes while stirring. Add the tomatoes and peppers, stirring. Let småsnurre some minutes under the lid.

Let it boil 4 min. the sauce should be slightly liquid – not thick as old fashioned sauce – and yet it must stop at the fork when you eat it – unless you choose to dip fluten or bread therein. Finally you add parsley and lovage (cooker with 1 min).

Season with salt and, if desired. lemon juice. Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds.

When add lemon juice to dishes with cream, the Court will be more thick, so take this into account so that you do not let the Court be too thick, before lemon juice added.
