Ingredients for Steak Bananarama

Icing sugar
Ghee (clarified butter from a Pakistani or Indian catalog)
Pepper
Salt
1Egg white
1Entrecote (beef) ca. 200 g
1Small bdt. fresh bukkehornsfrøblade, methi
1Small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm)
1smallRoast banana (plantana)
2tbspWholemeal wheat flour
2-3Okra
3tbspAlm. wheat flour
40gRed lentils

Instructions for Steak Bananarama

To prepare the Steak Bananarama recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the two kinds of flour in a bowl, add a nip salt, 1 tsp. icing sugar and egg white. Stir it together, and then add a little water, so the dough will be grødagtig.

Fry the dough as a 3-4 mm thick pancake on a small skillet in a little ghee. Flip the pancake, and let it be light brown on the bottom. Turn out on wax paper and let the roast done and crispy in the oven for approx. 10 min at barely 200 degrees.

Cook the lentils until tender (about 20 min.) in twice as much water, with a little salt, half of the ginger cut into slices and a little chopped bucks horns leaves and a dollop of ghee.
