600gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

To prepare the Steaks in Chutneysauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Spice the meat with potato flour, egg lemon salt and pepper and shape them into 8 small steaks. Stir on the forehead and keep warm while the sauce is made.
