To prepare the Stewed halibut on roots recipe, please follow these instructions:

The vegetables are cleaned and cut into fine pieces and blanched. Sauté golden in butter.

The halibut is seasoned with salt, pepper, salmon gratin and a little juice, steamed in the oven with staniol over approx. 30 minutes.

Pour the dishes from the dish into a small pan together with the whipped cream and cook to the appropriate consistency.
