2Ripe mangoes or 3 ripe bananas

Instructions for Sticky rice with fruit

To prepare the Sticky rice with fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the rice and let it soak in water in min. 4 hours. Pour the water off and allow the moist rice to steam over water for approx. 30 min. Let them cool. Mix the coconut milk with syrup and salt in a bowl. Peel the fruit and cut it into smaller pieces. Bring some rice to the bottom of a bowl and pick the fruit upstairs. Finally pour a little coconut milk over the fruit and decorate with mint leaves.
