The juice from the lemon 1/2
1.5-2canCoconut milk, full fat
200gStrawberries, like from frost
4tbspCoconut sugar (can be replaced with plum puree)

Instructions for Strawberries without sugar (almost)

To prepare the Strawberries without sugar (almost) recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Blend strawberries into small pieces or a pure in your food processor / blender. Pour the mass into a bowl while the rest is made.
2. Blend the coconut milk (without strawberries). It is important that it is full fat, otherwise the coconut is just mixed up with more water. The coconut milk must be blended for a long time to make it as airy as possible.
3. Put coconut sugar, lemon juice and possibly. Coconut oil to boil in a small saucepan. It is strangest if the sugar is melted, so it does not form hard pieces in the ice.
4. Finally, turn the sugar mixture and strawberry into the airy coconut milk. Turn in to ensure the air stays in the coconut milk.
5. Pour the mass into an ice machine or place it on the refrigerator. After I find out that the ice crystals can be blended away, I do not want to walk and stir in the ice cream.
