Ingredients for Strawberry-cheesecake

1tbspSugar or brown sugar
150mlPlain yogurt
155gDigestive biscuits
2Sheets of isinglass soaked in cold water
2Leaf gelatin
225gPhiladelphia naturel
250gStrawberry
50gSugar
55mlCold water
55gMelted butter
8-12Strawberry verge and cut into thin slices
8-12Sliced strawberries for garnish

Instructions for Strawberry-cheesecake

To prepare the Strawberry-cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bottom: crush the biscuits in a bag of cake roll. Then eat with sugar and butter. Pour the dough into a spring form and put on the fridge while doing the rest.

Cheese filling: Soaked blisters in the water.
Stir Philadelphia together with sugar and yogurt.
Put the house block in the water in the oven until it is melted. Pour it into the curd in a fine beam while whipping.

Put the finely chopped strawberries over the chilled bottom and pour the curd over. Put the next serving slices. Put back on the saucepan.

Strawberry jelly: Bring strawberries into a pan and boil them up.
Pour strawberries into a sieve over a bowl. Let them drip off and mash a bit in the berries with a spoon to bring it last.

The soaked petal and strawberry juice is poured into a glass bowl and put in the microwave for 10 seconds, then the mass is whipped well. If you can pull strings out of the liquid, just give it 10 seconds more.

Now add 2 serving slices of strawberries on top of the cheese cake and pour the slightly chilled strawberry jelly over.

Cool the cake in min. 3 hours.
